Global Banks torn into Pieces

I enter my office where my personal assistant and the chief of my personal security detail waiting for my return and new orders. I task my personal assistant with research on all current directors of Lockheed Martin and my chief of PSD to initiate full background checks on them and dig up anything we ma use to achieve our objective.

I start to draw up a blueprint on the financial side which makes me think about the idiotic way global banks have torn themselves into pieces, especially since the start of the Millennium. They have wiped out several trillion dollars in market value, announced over 200,000 job cuts with more layoffs planned and an ever shrinking market share as the shadow banking system takes over and governments force banks to revert back to their origins.

Dumb money banks have tried to manage smart money hedge funds and failed horribly. In a desperate attempt to bolster their revenue streams banks have created a mortgage bubble and offered exotic loans to new homeowners which they could not afford. Banks were hoping those mortgages would default so they can reposes the houses which have now risen in value.

As a result of the financial crisis, governments have decided to bailout banks with taxpayers money and banks were cobbled with government agents overlooking bailed out banks and hindering their operations. In addition governments have enforced more counter-productive regulation and increased capital requirements which further caused a decline in banks.

On top of all the above, banks were forced to sell non-banking units and get rid of their most profitable operations, cutting bonuses and capping salaries which allows them to only attract dumb money talent while every sophisticated individual will be recruited and employed by smart money which is out of reach of regulatory stupidity and government idiocy.

The good news for the shadow banking system is that the lost jobs from the dumb money banking industry is that none of those pathetic underachievers do not qualify for jobs at smart money institutions otherwise they would not work for banks and been recruited by the shadow banking industry.

It does feel good to hand it right back to governments who do not want to abandon their regulatory as well as transparency push into the shadow banking system. The more the government pushes the more we push back. Sometimes we have to take battle after battle in order to win the war on socialists and their idiotic principles.

I focus back on my work as the Lockheed Martin issues became top priority. There have been too many security issues with current directorship and the company has been heading down the wrong direction and it is time to take control of the situation. Three directors is a tough objective to achieve and it will require a lot of financial engineering and we do not have time to waste.

F-35 Program at High Risk from Hackers

I am headed out of my office and into the conference room where we scheduled a last minute meeting in order to discuss a very big problem which was uncovered by U.S. Navy Hackers; the F-35 logistics system. U.S. Navy Hackers were able to gain remote access to the F-35 logistic system and take control. The more technology goes into a weapons platform the higher the risk of cyber attacks.

The F-35 is equipped with a very complex logistics as well as weapons system which also increases the chances of cyber warfare and may render the $400+ Billion F-35 program useless. Lockheed Martin had to roll out the red carpet for about every single state in order to get approval for the over-prized, out of budget, and delayed F-35 program which means that roughly 50 states manufacture and assemble some parts of the 5th Generation fighter jet and therefore make the entire program more vulnerable to cyber attacks.

Lockheed Martin may employ a state-of-the-art cyber security division, a luxury the countless smaller suppliers do not have and may be used by hackers to gain access to mission critical systems and could even lead to a full in-flight takeover of the jet which then may be remotely landed anywhere in the world. The armed forces have pushed to more to more autonomic weapon platforms which will revolutionize the way weapons are deployed and maintained while opening the door to a new battlefield.

Cyber warfare, some refer to it as the wars of the future, gains as much momentum and popularity as the underground financial warfare and sees greater deployment. Iran has displayed on two well known occasions that their cyber warfare division successfully hacked into the flight control system of two unmanned aerial drones, a highly advanced RQ-170 Sentinel which is also manufactured by Lockheed Martin as well as less advanced ScanEagle, which they landed on their airfields.

Those developments are cause for great concern and the F-35 program has drained too much out of the defense budget to simply abandon it the way the F-22 Raptor was abandoned without logging a single combat second. The F-35 Lightning II is supposed to replace a range of aging aircraft such as the F/A-18 Hornet used by the U.S. Marine Corps as well as the U.S. Navy and all F-15's and F-16's flown by the U.S. Air Force. The USMC is first in line of replacements and is home to the first operational fighter squadron of F-35's.

It takes several years to develop a new weapons platform, but cyber threats evolve on a daily base and need to be monitored and countered 24/7. Lockheed Martin already saw its unmanned aerial drone compromised and faces additional problems with the F-35's maintenance and support system, the Autonomic Logistics Information System or ALIS. The Pentagon, pressured by Dumbama and his defense cuts, is searching for ways to minimize operation costs for the F-35 program has opened talks to Lockheed Martin competitors in order to operate ALIS. Maintenance costs associated to the F-35 over the next five decades is estimated to top $1.1 Trillion.

This will further increase risks associated with the program and increase successful cyber attacks against the only available aerial weapons platform in the arsenal. Lockheed Martin does recognize the cyber security threat and stated that it receives an increased amount of cyber attacks on its supplier networks from foreign governments it refused to name.

We have withdrawn our support for the administration after the re-election and our latest vote has confirmed our stand. The terms have been violated and we made our intentions clear in November of 2008. Lockheed Martin tries to hold on the the revenue stream, but given their recent disappointments with the Sentinel and now with the Lightning II it may time to interfere with their board room and seek a more active role for ourselves. I am please to get the final results of the vote, a go ahead in seeking three seats at the Board of Directors at Lockheed Martin. I am headed out of the conference room in order to get to work on the fresh plans of action.

NDB Security Breach

Just as the thought crossed my mind, my phone rang. It appears that the world cant wait too long after all. I have roughly 12 minutes until the conference begins and under protest do I answer this call. On the other line I am being greeted by our contact inside the NDB, the Swiss intelligence agency, who wants to reassure us that the mission has not been compromised.

Earlier this month one of the NDB's senior technicians downloaded several terabytes of classified information onto portable harddrives and carried them out of a government building in his backpack. He worked for the NDB for eight years and investigators believe he became disgruntled with security flaws and decided to steal the data and sell it to foreign governments. Most of the data was related to counter-terrorism and was shared with other agencies such as MI6 and CIA, both of whom have been contacted by the NDB in order to inform them of the compromised data.

Our main concern was that our specific mission has not been compromised and we are still able to execute it as planned. I am pleased to hear that our security measures have worked, it is one less problem to be concerned with. Swiss authorities who made the arrest believe all the data was recovered before a sale was made and that no data was compromised.Having said that, authorities cannot confirm that no data was leaked and investigations will continue.

Nevertheless it raised questions about security procedures at the NDB, which is a fairly new agency, on a European level. The NDB needs to overhaul its entire human resources structure. Currently the information as well as technology division are screened by one central division at the NDB which makes it impossible for subdivisions to launch their own investigations and screen their own operatives.

The senior technician was described as very talented and had a high security clearance which allowed him to virtually access the entire NDB database. His behavior should have alarmed his superiors as well as the security staff, but the NDB claims they had no idea about the security breach until UBS has discovered suspicious activity in opening a numbered bank account which they reported to authorities.

The bank account was later traced to the senior technician and is believed that he intended to use the numbered bank account in order to receive wires after selling the information to foreign nationals. This displays serious security flaws and puts global operations at risk. The Swiss government has launched several investigations into that matter which are still active.

I thank our informant for the confirmation as I end the call. I have seven minutes left to prepare for the meeting and slowly finish my Irish Coffee. It is a nice day outside. The sky is clear and free of clouds while the harbor seems very quiet. The scene outside my office window allows you to daydream for a moment before facing reality. Yes, a very nice day.

Carson Block Chased by Chinese Gangsters

Finally I have some moments to myself and I can take a break from the stressful events of the past few hours. I look at the time and it is past lunch. I realize that I have not yet eaten all day and call my personal assistant into my office. She walks in with some paperwork and places several reports on my table which include updates on developing stories.

She looks at me and examines me for a few brief moments before she picks up the phone and orders a large Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapples and cheese, Pepsi with extra lemons and Tiramisu for dessert plus Irish Coffee with extra Baileys. I smiled at her and she returns the smile and said that I looked like I needed it. I thank her as she walks out of my office. She turns on some classical music and closes the door informing me to get some rest over the next 30 min until my food arrives.

I put my phone on silent and my assistant will make sure that no calls will be send to my extension while I get some much needed rest and enjoy my lunch. I lay down on my couch and close my eyes as I drift away for what appear only moments, but I did manage my 20 minute power nap until the soft voice of my assistant awakens me after my food arrived.

I ask her partially joking partially serious what I would do without her and she looks up at me and responds that I should be happy that I don't have to find out. She asked if there is something else she can do for me and I ask her to join me for lunch. She sits down across the table from me and I ask her to help herself. She asks me what I think about the latest developments out of Muddy Waters. I swallow a bite of my pizza and tell her that I did not know she followed events surrounding Mr. Block and his firm.

Since she seems to be so much more informed about the current situation I ask her to get me caught up on the situation. She seems rather excited to be the source of information for me on a topic that slipped off my radar screen. She tells me about Mr. Block's latest short recommendation which is Olam International, a commodity giant responsible for roughly 90% of the planet's peanut trade based in Singapore and backed by the government.

Block compared Olam to Enron and said the company is doomed to fail. After Block's report on Olam its U.S. listed shares dropped 20%. 48 hours later Olam filed a suit calling the allegations scandalous. Block was the first to report on Sino-Forest which is now bankrupt and his first report on Chinese companies was Orient Paper. In total Block helped China wipe off $7 Billion in market value.

Block stated that he stopped short selling Chinese companies after his employee were harassed at a storage facility he owns in Shanghai. Tattooed gangsters were looking for him as well and the government has hindered his analysts from performing their due diligence. Block is accused of spreading fear and panic in markets.

So far Block's research is responsible for the collapse in share price in excess of 60% in eight different companies. Olam is the latest victim of Muddy Waters and their Singapore shares have lost 16% since Block first mentioned his concern about the company. Olam has much further to fall if it will face the same fate as the other eight companies. Olam's second biggest investor is state owned Temasek Holdings.

Block has made plenty of enemies and usually refuses to disclose his location when he joins conference calls or interviews. Some call his research as well as allegations ludicrous and Block claims China has used the Ministry of State Security as well as the Public Security Bureau in order to deter research by Muddy Waters into Chinese companies.

She asks my about my opinion about Block. I tell her that I do have respect for the work he does and his fearless approach. He likes to dig deep and is not afraid to step on the wrong people in order to validate his research. He may not always be right with his conclusions, but he stands up for what he believes.

I look at the time and she informs me that I need to get ready for the next conference. We finish our meal and I decide to take m time in order to enjoy dessert. I don't see the point of rushing through with everything I do and do take my time to enjoy the things I like. Sometimes the world has to wait a little.

Iran captures US Navy Drone

As soon as I put my phone down and digest the latest updates I received out of Syria from our team on the ground my personal assistant enters my office with a worried look on her face. She sits down and breaks the disturbing news about Iran. The managed to hack into the flight system of another spy drone, this time one of the U.S. Navy's ScanEagle.

The Revolutionary Guard managed to hack into the flight system of an RQ-170 Sentinel and landed it safely on an Iranian air field. This time a ScanEagle was captured after it entered Iranian airspace. The U.S. Navy denies reports and claims all drones are accounted for. This is the second embarrassment for the U.S. in less than one year as it hands more and more technology to Iran, not on purpose but the results are the same.

Iranian engineers have used the new technology and flew several of their drones into Israeli airspace for reconnaissance purposes. Commander Jason Salata of the Fifth Fleet station in Bahrain, the Fifth Fleet managed assets in the Middle East, claims the U.S. Navy is in full control of all its assets but did acknowledged that several ScanEagles have been lost in the past.

Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi, commander of the Revolutionary Guard, told Iran's FARS news agency that the ScanEagle has violated Iranian airspace over a span of several days and conducted reconnaissance missions before it was spotted and captured. He reiterated that the Revolutionary Guard remains in full control of all operations and has full intelligence supremacy over the region.

A video was released which showed the ScanEagle fully intact displayed on a stand with two Revolutionary Guard officials next to it. A map of the Persian Gulf in the background read 'We shall trample on the U.S.', written in English as well as Farsi. The ScanEagle is far less sophisticated than the lost Sentinel that was captured by Iran previously. It is also less sophisticated then the Predators and Reapers which are usually dispatched over Afghanistan, Yemen and Pakistan.

The ScanEagle is 4 feet long and has a wingspan of 10 feet and is capable of roughly 20 hours of battlefield surveillance and intelligence gathering. It is equipped with optical as well as infrared cameras and has a cruising altitude of 16,000 feet. The ScanEagle is launched from a ships with a catapult launcher and catches a rope in order to land.

Iran already reverse engineered the captured Sentinel and is likely to do the same with the ScanEagle. Iran refused to return the Sentinel and the U.S. claims it malfunctioned and was not hacked into. The fact that the Revolutionary Guard was able to hack into the flight and control system of the Sentinel does not only show the advancements and capabilities of Iran, but essentially calls for a complete overhaul of security procedures of not only unmanned drones but aircraft as well.

The U.S., under terror from the socialist individual which is allowed to rape the constitution for another four years, plans to shave $500 Billion of the defense budget which means the U.S. will not be able to completely overhaul security procedures. Given the problems with the F-35 and potential attacks into its weapon system renders the aircraft essentially useless which is one reason the Air Force wanted to scrap the program altogether and claimed that it will not live up to expectations.

The developments give great cause for concern as the entire U.S. military program seems to fall apart while other countries are able to advance at a much higher rate while adding to their defense budgets. We were contracted to assist with the matter, but after the Obama re-election we had to withdraw our support and others have followed suit. The U.S. is tearing apart much faster then even the most pessimistic forecasts and the situation gets worse by the day.

Syria prepares for Chemical Warfare with Sarin

My phone has been ringing off the hook with reports about the Syrian military which started to load precursor chemical for the deadly nerve gas sarin into bombs for potential aerial attacks on rebels. The chemicals are locked and loaded for deployment and the Syrian military waits for final orders form President Assad.

The first reports were released on Tuesday and contained classified information that the process of loading the bombs with sarin has begun. Syria has suffered from the rebels and so far has tried to kill the terror with conventional warfare. Unfortunately Syria does not only have to battle the rebels, but also countless foreign governments who support the rebels financially and ensure the rebels have weapons to continue the fight against the government.

It has been a tug-of-war with rebels and each time the government has claimed a victorious battle rebel forces were supplied by foreign governments with all necessities to relaunch the battle and wreck havoc on the population. The rebels are supported by a surprisingly large amount of the civilian population which has made the situation that much worse and created the civil war Syria has to manage.

President Assad and his loyal military have tried to resolve the issues at hand but thanks to foreign intervention into this sovereign country it has been a process which seems to never end and forces the government into radical measures in order to put an end to the civil war and rebuild the country for those citizens who are against the war. Those who support and shelter the rebels deserve to die alongside them which would allow for a better and stronger Syria under the leadership of President Assad.

Syria possesses the largest chemical stockpile in the Middle East and has very advanced agents which it did not plan to utilize, but as time runs out the rebels under the aide of foreign intruders have forced this step. Several governments including the U.K., France as well as several Arab countries have already recognized the rebel government know as the National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces. The U.S. is expected to follow suit. The rebels are being sheltered in Turkey.

Syria is able to deliver chemical agents through bombs loaded onto either their Sukhoi-20/22 or Sukhoi-24 as well as MiG-23 aircraft. In addition Syria possesses roughly 200 Scud-B missiles, 120 Scud-C missiles as well as a few dozen SS-21 ballistic missiles. Alternatively Syria can arm unguided Frog-7 artllery shells with chemical agents.

The main problem is that the news outlets paint the wrong picture. They claim that the Syrian government is the oppressor and supports the rebel movement when it is the rebels who started the civil war. The government reacted to the attacks against its citizens in the same manner any other government would have reacted and therefore is not at fault in this situation. President Assad has every right to defend his country and citizens from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Iran has Images of Israeli Military Bases

I am headed to the office in somewhat of a rush due to an older report which has resurfaced and there are parties of interests who are very concerned about this matter. I make it through security and disappear into the elevators and head to my office. Work has been keeping me on the edge the last few weeks and I did not have had my morning coffee yet.

I have more tasks to handle before my coffee than there are hours in a day. I am being greeted by the head of my security team who does not have my coffee, but informs be that the last assassin was captured moments ago and being taken to one of the detention facilities. The other five have been captured the day of the attack. Despite the eliminated threat my security detail will remain intact as a preventive measure.

My personal assistant enters and has my coffee ready as if she knew that I needed a five minute break from life in general. I thank her as she exits my office which she returns with a smile and a you are welcome. Her smile reminded me of the female GRU agent who contacted me about an outside project that had to deal with Russia's Air Force.

After I enjoy my coffee my attention focuses on Iran's claim to have images of Israeli military bases. Ismaeil Kowsari, the head of Iran's parliamentary defense committee, claimed that Hezbollah launched an Ayub unmanned spy drone into Israel in October which was shot down by the Israeli Air Force, but was able to transmit images to Iran which the leadership claims are sensitive images about Israeli military bases.

Iran does not give specifics about the images other than they call them forbidden sites. It does demonstrate that Iranian drones are able of live data feeds while in flight. It is no secret that Israel has covert military sites around the country, but Iran's main goal with the Ayub drone may have been to threaten Israel about plans to strike Iranian nuclear facilities as Iran will strike back.

Kowsari also stated that Hezbollah has more sophisticated drones then the Ayub which was shot down and that those drones have been launched into Israel without being detected. He also claims that Iran has drones which are able to carry weapons. Kowsari, a former commander of the Revolutionary Guard, said Iran would respond to the Israeli threat inside Hezbollah and Iran territory. Hezbollah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah claimed that the drone was manufactured in Iran and assembled in Lebanon.

Iran's defense minister, Ahmed Vahid, also reiterated that the Ayub unmanned spy drone is not equipped with the latest Iranian technology without giving further details. Iran has announced several major breakthroughs after successfully hacking into a the flight system of  a Predator Drone and landing in at an Iranian Air Force Base.

Iran also claims that it started production of the Shahed 129, also known as Witness 129, a drone carrying missile with a range of 2,000 kilometers or double the range of previously missiles engineered in Iran which often relies on reverse engineering given Western embargoes against the regime which actively supports and funds various terrorist organizations.

Unfortunately most do not take the Iranian threat serious and due to several mistakes various inteligence agencies have witnessed sensitive equipment compromised by Iran, the RQ-170 Sentinel being the latest one. The more we decide not to act the stronger Iran grows and the tougher the war will be against the homeland for terrorists.

Iran is less then half a decade away from possessing its first nuclear warhead which is just enough time to perfect the Shahed 129 and then we will have a real problem to face as Iran is fundamental enough to unleash its entire arsenal of nuclear material on Israel before it will go down. We have allowed Iran to move their military nuclear facilities out of reach of even the most sophisticated bunker busters which makes a ground offensive the final solution. Cyber-warfare will not yield the results needed as Iran's Cyber Warfare Unit demonstrated it capabilities on the RQ-170.

Israel under Hamas Attack, Again

Israel is under attack, again, by a well known enemy. Hamas decided to use the somewhat period of silence to stock up on rockets, the prime weapon for its attacks against Israel, and initiate another conflict with Israel. Hamas, a well known Arab terrorist organization trained and supported by Iran, has launched multiple rocket attacks into Beersheva, Tel Aviv, Ashdod and Ofakim.

The conflict is a week old now and Hamas launched its longest rocket strike yesterday as it fired towards Jerusalem, the Holy City, and landed on the outskirts of town for no damage. It was the second attempted attack on Jerusalem where air raid sirens disrupted normal life and buses as well as trains stopped in order to let passengers out and seek cover. There has to be an end to the continuous terror attacks on Israel by Hamas. The range of the locally assembled M-75 rockets has taken the IDF as well as ISA by surprise.

Hamas started the attack and the IDF responded after rockets landed in Israel. The UN Security Council wanted to issue a statement which condemns the IDF offensive into Gaza which is ridiculous and the U.S. used it veto power to prevent such an idiotic statement. Hamas is to blame for the conflict and not the other way around.

Israel has done more than enough to shows its commitment to peace in the region. The IDF even offered to halt the offensive last Friday as the Egyptian Prime Minister Kandil came to Israel for a brief visit with Prime Minister Netanyahu should Hamas not fire rockets into Israel. The offer was due to Kandil's crossing of Gaza to get to Israel. Israel is committed to the peace treaty between Israel and Egypt which resulted after the Six Day War where Israel squashed the armies of Egypt, Jordan and Syria. Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Kuwait, Tunisia, Sudan as well as the PLO were also part of the war and assisted by supplying forces to the war. Israel took them on alone without any assistance. Israel was outnumbered by 2 to 1, but inflicted 10 times the damage.

Israel launched a few hundred air strikes in order to take out military as well as civilian Hamas targets. As long as Hamas continues to govern the Gaza Strip with the support of the population there will not be an end to hostilities. Hamas does not recognize the state of Israel and continues to launch rocket attacks, unprovoked, in order to kill innocent Israeli citizens. None of their rocket strikes are aimed at military targets and the UN should condemn Hamas and not focus on the IDF response which only tries to protect its citizens from the attacks.

Hamas militants hide within the population like cowards and the IDF has no choice but to attack densely populated areas in order to kill Hamas leaders and fighters.Israel has struck over 1,500 targets since the newest Gaza offensive began and hopefully that number will double before the week is over. There is a huge majority who would side with the terrorists and claims the IDF should stop its attacks on the Gaza Strip.

There was minor hope for a potential cease fire agreement today, but a bus bombing in Tel Aviv which left 24 wounded dashed those hopes. The IDF should step up its offensive and launch a massive ground invasion in order to rid the Middle East from the terror group Hamas. Hamas enjoys great support from the population which makes them Hamas as well and not innocent civilians. They support Hamas and they need to go down with them.

Israel should give the civilian population a choice. Either separate yourself from Hamas and give up their leaders and fighters or die with them. This has been going on for too long and will not end until Hamas will cease to exist and the population stops the support for Hamas which took over the Gaza Strip in elections held in 2006. The IDF needs to put an end to this and has mobilized 75,000 Reservists which gives reasons to hope a ground offensive is imminent.

My phone rings and to my surprise it has to deal with the pending ground offensive and we are having an emergency conference in order to vote how the firm will proceed in this urgent matter. I am headed out of my office and my security personnel accompanies me to the conference room. I will vote for the full implementation of conventional warfare by the IDF against Hamas in order to deal with this problem now and for the last time.

Obama Take Two

The U.S. election results were a huge disappointment as well as a minor surprise. We all agreed to give Dumbama one four year term and no more and at the time we allowed his election victor to unfold we also agreed that this will not be modified otherwise there will be stark consequences. Several months ago there was some chatter that he should be allowed to abuse the U.S. constitution for an additional four years as he has not done enough damage as of yet.

The sole reason we allowed a Kenyan born individual to piss on the U.S. constitution was because the masses cried for more socialism and failed to understand that it is what they scream for which ruined the country to this point. You are not able to rebuild a house while it is on fire and we needed an idiot from the left side to be allowed to abuse and rape the system and inflict much more damage.

Since Dumbama was given the chance to insult all of us by calling himself President of the U.S. he increased the national debt by $5.6 Trillion, threw $833 Million in stimulus at the economy, created 60,000 green jobs at an average of almost $580,000 per job and created just about no economic growth while he increased the unemployment rate by 'only' 0.1% in the headline which translates to a few million more unemployed Americans while he also ensured a surge in food stamp usage.

The current administration has enforced policies which made the country less competitive, has created an environment of stagnant economic performance and high inflation, harmed the middle-class, drove away wealthy individuals, hurt entrepreneurs, killed job creation and weakened the military. Actually there is not one good thing this administration has accomplished, as expected. Despite the negativity, a slight majority has decided to vote in favor of socialism.

This election has left the country more divided since the civil war as one half of the idiotic population was able to celebrate while the other half of semi-intelligent Americans understood the apocalypse they have invited. The country will be torn into pieces over the next four years with another recession which will lead the country into potentially the Second Great Depression. Inflation will start to surge and make necessity less affordable, especially to the poor and middle-class. There will be even less jobs available and those household with an annual income will see another decrease of roughly $5,000 per year.

More companies will leave the country for business friendly economies and take tax revenues as well as jobs and innovation with them. Dumbama will raise taxes, indirectly, on the middle-class which may be totally wiped out and become extinct by mid 2016. The healthcare system will be a total mess while the educational system continues to fall behind. The social system faces total collapse and the fiscal cliff will initiate the Second Wave of the financial crisis which became evident in 2008.

As I sit in my office in Singapore I am aware that we have to start the painful process to exit all U.S. related projects which is a direct result of the election fiasco. We all had a deal and as much as it hurts me, the U.S. will have to go through much more pain and the population will suffer due to this. Half of the population is not even to blame as they voted for change, but as long as democratic socialists are allowed to rape the constitution the rest of the country will suffer with them.

U.S. Election Day 2012

I sit in my office on this beautiful Singapore night. The U.S. presidential election is tomorrow and we should have put in our work to ensure a razor thin victory by Governor Romney. Politics is a dirty business stuffed with secrecy and behind the scenes maneuvers more than in any other sector of this planet. The elected politicians themselves are nothing more than puppets while the masters sit in the unknown and pull the strings.

Those who believe that elections of any government are a democratic process are living proof that the hard work we put in every day does accomplish the illusion necessary in order to keep the masses at bay and avoid public outcry and as well as protests and unrest. The good news is that over 99% of the global population does believe in democracy and continues to keep the system alive. As long as we make sure they have some sort of hope we will succeed.

Every somewhat intelligent individual was and is aware that Mr. Dumbama, the ass-douche who is currently allowed to call himself President of the U.S., never possessed the constitutional right to run for office. All twelve Supreme Court judges were asked to overlook that fact in order to clear his path to the White House. Mr. Dumbama, born to a Kenyan father and an American underage mother in a civil hospital in Kenya, lacks a full birth certificate and college record as his college admission would show he entered the country with a student visa.

Dumbama will enter global history books as the biggest fraud in modern American history once all the data will be published that clearly shows he never had the right to run for office. The public was presented with evidence over the past four years about the ineligibility of Mr. Dumbama to be allowed to abuse the U.S. constitution. Since all the information was available some wonder why he was even allowed to do what he did.

The answer is simple; in order to show the growing number of socialists that the system the scream for has never worked, does not work and will never work. Mr. Dumabam a.k.a. the Food Stamp President has forced several policies through and was only stopped by the House of Representatives which thankfully is under control by Republicans and Tea Party Activists.

When Dumbama took office he controlled the White House, the Senate as well as the House of Representatives. Soon after his election voters realized their mistake and the House of Representatives was taken away from the socialists while they also lost plenty of Senate seats to give them only a six seat majority which will be wiped out during the next round of Senate elections. The White House should be lost before today is over.

I look forward to the preliminary election results which should show that we have made the right moves in order to get what was needed. I do have this feeling that we will not have a clear winner for weeks to come as some will scream election fraud and courts have already started to process some cases. Either way, January 20th 2013 Governor Romney should be inaugurated as the 45th President of the United States.

U.S. Firms Abort U.S.

I dropped off my girlfriend at the airport and escorted her into the jet which will take her back to London. It is always heartbreaking to see her leave or leave her at the airport. We share one last and long loving kiss before I exit the jet and enter the car as I need to make it back to HQ to attend another teleconference.

We head through early Singapore morning traffic and my personal assistant calls me with updates on a report I asked her to compile. The reports centers on U.S: companies who decided to leave the U.S. and set up their companies oversees as the U.S. has become more and more business hostile and discourages companies from operating within its borders.

The two major reasons are over-regulation and taxes. The U.S. has entered a serious of decisions which made it ridiculous to operate a business from inside the U.S. Until the late 90's the U.S. was proud home of the financial capital of the world located in New York, Wall Street to be more precise. The U.S. was hammered with a serious of corporate scandals from Enron to WorldCom together with many lower profile scandals.

In direct response U.S: lawmakers imposed a bi-partisan act called the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, named after the two assdouches responsible for the report. Sarbanes-Oxley quickly forces thousands of financial firms as well as others outside the U.S. and London welcomed the exodus with a business friendly environment. Over the past decade London has become the financial capital of the world and the U.S. is still mad at their own stupidity.

The 2008 financial crisis, which started in the U.S., the housing market to name the culprit of the meltdown, gave birth to Dodd-Frank. The U.S. housing market is the most regulated part of the financial system in the U.S. and the one which is abuse by the most direct government influence. It obviously failed as expected given the government interference in what was supposed to be a free market.

Dodd-Frank will force more companies to set-up shop in London and elsewhere which will cause the U.S. hundreds of billions in tax revenues as well as tens of thousands of jobs. Other idiotic policies have forced manufacturers as well as oil producers out of the country. The U.S. has become less and less competitive and each policy the moronic policymakers announce and enforce makes the U.S. less attractive for business.

The Tax code is another vital reason. The U.S. has made its tax system more and more complicated over time and has raised taxes as the socialists thought it would increase tax revenues. The opposite holds true in the real world and the U.S: saw its tax revenues shrink as the crisis grew and they responded or plan to respond with more tax increases across the board.

Dumbamacare as well as other Dumbama policies will shave off an additional $5,000 per household which lead to a few hundred billion dollars less in revenues. They simply do not comprehend that each of their moves has added to the problems and made the U.S. a less and less attractive location for new business and forced as well as is forcing existing businesses out of the country.

I am pleased with the developments and we will continue to assist companies who wish to leave the socialistic infested country for a country of their choice which welcomes business and does not plan to punish success. The U.S., sadly so, is a former giant which dies years ago, but has not yet completely fallen to the ground. Each company that moves its operations, revenues as well as employees out of this nest of stupidity is a victory for the free market.

Syrian Troops continue Battle

My girlfriends visit draws to a close and she has to head to the airport in two hours as her flight departs early in the morning. She wakes me up with a soft kiss on my lips. As I open my eyes and look into her eyes I draw her closer for a passionate kiss. We both know that we won't see each other for at least three weeks and turn this beautiful morning into a very passionate act of love making as if the world would cease to exist after we both give in to orgasmic waves which take away the last of our energy.

As my girlfriend disappears in the shower my phone rings. She asks me to let it ring and join her in the shower knowing that this is an important call and that I will not be able to just let it go. I hear her telling me it is my loss and I throw the phone on the bed and surprise her in the shower. This world will be able to function without me for another 20 minutes as I join my girlfriend in the shower. I won't see her again and we need to remind ourselves why we are doing what we are doing. Every great soldier needs to be aware of why they fight each battle.

We continue our passionate act in the shower and enjoy each others company. She asked me about the call and I told her it could wait and that what we have right now is more important than any emergency this world may throw at us. We finish our shower with a long kiss filled with desire. She knew that there will be times we will be in different parts of the world, but it never makes it easier. I arranged for breakfast to be brought to our room so we can enjoy it together before she is headed to the airport.

I exit the shower and get dresses. I pick up my phone and saw several missed calls from the office. I decide to enjoy breakfast with my girlfriend before I contact HQ and find out what could not wait until she is airborne. We engage into random conversation as we enjoy breakfast together. The sunrise over the harbor lights up our room and we spend a few moments in silent emerged into each others eyes. My security team arrives in time and we are headed to the airport. I am not supposed to leave as the final assassin has not been processed yet, but a risk I am  willing to take.

My phone rings again and as we are in the car my girlfriend asks me to take it so we can enjoy the last moments together uninterrupted. I thought the same and answered before she finished her sentence. HQ is somewhat furious, but clearly understands the circumstances that lead to me ignoring the calls. It is an update about the civil war in Syria. The U.N brokered a cease fire which both sides accepted, but immediately violated the following day.

Assad forces battled the insurgents in several cities including the capital Damascus. The insurgents were first to comment that there have been a total of 287 violations of the cease fire. The rebels broke the cease fire by attacking a military camp. The Syrian military said it would honor the cease fire, but would respond to rebel attacks. The cease fire would have been used by aid groups to deliver assistance to the roughly 1.2 million who need humanitarian assistance.

The war has claimed over 35,000 lives as outside forces continue to supply equipment to the rebels which allows them to keep the fight alive and terrorize Syria. Russia has proposed to call all sides to negotiations, an offer refused by the international community as several countries support the rebel insurgency and welcome the terror innocent Syrian citizens endure.

We need to increase support for the Russian proposed negotiations as this rebel insurgency needs to be removed so that Syria can rebuild its country. The chemical stockpiles remain under government control and the rebels have not been able to gain any chemical agents which would be devastating. We agree on a conference call in order to identify the main backers of the rebel insurgency and cut off their means to fund this terror against Syria.

Rosneft snaps up TNK-BP

I made plans to turn our dining hall at HQ into a romantic café for two and had the chef from the Santi come over and prepare some of his specialties. As we both sit there with nothing more than a few candle lights illuminating the room I tell her what I am able to tell her about the last 96 hours. Being a woman she is very worried about what she heard and she was never a big fan of not knowing everything while she loved the mystery and secrecy around my persona.

We do not get to spend as much time together as we would want, which makes the time we do spend together that much more enjoyable. She will be in town for a few days and I look forward to spend as much time as possible with her.We talk about random things over dinner which is very relaxing for me and allows me to clear my head. I enjoy getting lost in her beautiful eyes.

As dessert is being served she struck a topic which was very unusual for her as she asked me about Rosneft and their bit for TNK-BP. I asked her a bit surprised how she knew about it as she responded that I mentioned it over dinner the last time (Rosneft emerges as third bidder for BP-TKN). I leaned back in my chair as I finish my dessert and look at her. She returns it with her unforgettable smile which lights up the room even more than the candles and reminds me when we were first introduced.

I remember as our eyes locked for the very first time at a club we used to go to after a hard day of work. The club was crowded and as we turned the corner to head over to the VIP section it appears as the entire dance-floor created a corridor for us to see each other. She was standing just outside the VIP area with two of her friends and as I entered in this pathway she looked into my direction, swirled her her around and our eyes met immediately. As I approached her we could feel the sexual energy building up and before the night was over the energy was so thick in the air that you could have cut a piece of it with a knife and take it home into your own bedroom.

I can see how she is impatiently waiting for a response. I tell her that Rosneft has offered $55 Billion in order to purchase all of TNK-BP and also agreed to offer BP a roughly 20% stake in the company. This transaction will allow Rosneft to pump more oil than Exxon Mobil does. The Kremlin backed this transaction which was the best overall choice out there for all parties involved.

BP will own 19.75% of the state controlled company and also received $12.3 Billion in cash as well as two seats on the board. BP brings its expertise as well as technology and combines it with the financial power and resources of Rosneft in order to create one of the world's biggest and most profitable oil companies. AAR will receive $28 Billion and less negotiating power in the new company.

Rosneft has become more of a laggard in the industry while TKN-BP emerged as a leader and probably Russia's most profitable energy company. The main problem with the venture was that all its oil fields are mature and AAR has blocked BP's plans to further explore Russian assets as it sought closer ties with the Kremlin and distant itself from BP.

This deal is great news for Russia and shows the type of transaction necessary in order to modernize the Russian energy sector and drive it forward. Russia is the biggest oil producing country and possesses vast undiscovered oil as well as gas fields especially in its Arctic territories as well as Siberia.

U.S. posts 4th Year with $1 Trillion plus Deficit

An exhausting week has left me extremely tired as my weekend was loaded with an attack on our HQ, a high level conference and a busy global military circus. My girlfriend is currently being driven to HQ where I look forward to have dinner with her and relax for a few hours. The only thing that stands between dinner with her is one quick video conference with a few updates on key issues.

I log into our virtual conference room a few moments before the first update is delivered. Number one on the agenda is Dumbama's spending spree which added over $5 Trillion to the national deficit in the past four years. The latest shortfall for fiscal year 2012 stands at $1.1 Trillion, which marks the fourth consecutive year of deficits which top the one trillion mark.

The deficit as compared to GDP is the highest since post WWII in 1947. Total national debt exceeded $16 Trillion and is over 100% GDP. Those levels are not sustainable and Washington has no plans to act on the twin deficits which will drive the U.S. off a fiscal cliff potentially before the year is over or early in 2013. Financial Armageddon will not be avoided and the public as well as the government is not prepared for such an event.

Next is the withdrawal of insurers of naval vessels who carry or store Iranian Oil. The withdrawal was caused after Vitol defied sanctions imposed on Iran and traded, stored and delivered Iranian fuel oil. Little known shipping firm Glammarine was also involved in the movement of Iranian oil. Titan was heavily involved in the transaction as well and is being sold to Chinese oil trader Guangdong Zhenrong Energy Company, LTD which is owned by blacklisted Zhuhai Zhenrong. The parent company was blacklisted as it is the biggest supplier of Iranian oil products. New York based private equity firms is invested in Titan through a 10% stake and attempts to unwind its bad investment through courts in Bermuda.

British insurer North of England P&I Association has withdrawn insurance for Titan and its fleet which renders the fleet useless and in need to locate a replacement for the lost insurer. EU insurers underwrite roughly 90% of the global shipping market which will make it very challenging for Titan to continue operations. Titan has suffered from operating losses over the past five years.

The Leader of Pakistan's militant group Tehrik-i-Taliban, Maulawi Dadullah, was killed in an airstrike in Afghanistan together with ten other militants on August 24th according to ISAF sources. His deputy, Shakir, was amongst those ten militants who were killed in the province of Kunar together with Dadullah. Dadullah organized movements of weapons as well as fighters and organized attacks on coalition forces. He was replaced by Maulana Abu Bakar

Taliban fighters have previously launched their third attack on the main Pakistani Air Force base near Islamabad, Pakistan's capital, in retaliation of Pakistan's seven month long ban on NATO using the base as a supply route into Afghanistan in order to support military operations on the ground.

Pakistan announced a new military offensive in the province of North Waziristan which is a tribal region used by the Haqqani militant group as a base from which fighters launch attacks on coalition forces. The son of the founder of the Haqqani militant group, Badruddin, may have been killed a week earlier by a drone strike.

This was the end of the short video conference in order to update all c-level executives as well as commanders of recent developments. I log off the virtual conference room and head to the bathroom in order to refresh myself before my girlfriend arrives. I hope we will be able to enjoy a few quiet hours together which will be a much needed distractions from the events of the past 96 hours.

Switzerland's Operation Stabilo Due

Military activity has been on the rise across the globe. It appears that plenty of countries have increased their operations over the past decade. We have had a very busy year so far and as the newest report lands on my desk I read it with surprise as a very unlikely country decides to join the increase in military activity.

Switzerland, a country known to be as boring as watching grass grow, has launched operation 'Stabilo Due'. It is very rare that the Swiss military engages in any operations which makes this one even more interesting. Switzerland, once known for its excellent secrecy which it gave up like a cheap prostitute gives up her most valued assets for lump change. The U.S. as well as France and Germany have pressured Switzerland into a self-destruction mode as those socialistic compilations of dried skunk feces could not bare the fact that their citizens got tired of being anally as well orally assaulted and moved their assets to an onshore save haven.

Switzerland created a booming private banking industry which allowed the country to prosper amidst challenging economic time periods as it repeatedly offered the socialist bacillus maximus the only sophisticated solution to their tax evasion issues which is lower taxes. Switzerland did not really care that those unable to comprehend economic policies were left to engage into the act of self-induced orgasms while those who subscribe to government-free market policies enjoy a prolonged phase of sexual enjoyment before ejaculating over the socialist scum.

Switzerland, neither a member of the European Union nor the Eurozone, created a blueprint in 2010 in order to protect the country from social unrest due to economic hardship. Swiss commanders have outlined possible national security threats from warring Swiss factions as well as economic refugees from the EU periphery as well as France. The Swiss defense ministry has left the door open to potential troop deployment to its borders in order to halt refugees from entering the country.

Internal security is handled by police, but given the increased possibility for national unrest due to the global economic meltdown the police may request assistance from the Swiss Military in order to ensure stability and to secure the borders from those socialists running away from the idiotic policies they voted for. Switzerland may even declare martial law and is best advised to announce to all countries that it will use lethal force to repel refugees.

Over 2,000 troops took part in operation 'Stabilo Due' which spanned eight regions across Switzerland. Switzerland has roughly 135,000 active troops with an additional 80,000 in reserve duties. The land forces are divided into two armored brigades which consist of one staff company, one logistics company, two tank companies as well as two mechanized infantry companies each. Furthermore, the Swiss military has two infantry brigades, two mountain infantry brigades, one reserve infantry battalion as well as one reserve mountain infantry battalion.

The Swiss Air Force consists of roughly 230 aircraft as well as 1,600 active troops and their primary role is air defense as well as ground based air defense. The primary fighters used for air defense are 33 F-18 Hornets as well as 54 F-5 Tigers in dire need of replacement with modern Fifth Generation aircraft. Switzerland already announced the purchase of 22 JAS 39 Gripen. They already replaced their aging fleet of 20 helicopters made by Aerospatial with 20 Eurocopters. The Swiss Air Force deploys the 'FLORAKO' air defense system and their ground based air defense systems are comprised of 45 Oerlikon 35mm Twin Cannon AAA batteries, 288 FIM-92 Stinger batteries and 54 Rapier mobile missile batteries.

Given that Switzerland is a landlocked country they do not possess high-sea naval forces but maintain a fleet of patrol boats in order to guard their lakes. Switzerland has also build radiation and bomb shelters which are able to house 114% of the Swiss population in case of need. Switzerland does have the biggest military in Europe based on population.

Switzerland engages into a sophisticated approach and is advised to continue upgrades of their brigades in order combat the threat of socialist refugees which are likely to attempt border crossings and under no circumstances should the Swiss government allow such an insurgence. The biggest Swiss mistake by the government was the notion to abandon what build Switzerland which was a strong and secret private banking sector. This has forced hundreds of billions of Swiss Francs out of the country.

Switzerland needs to reverse its current course and stop playing to the tune of the U.S., France and Germany. There has been unrest in the political system which leaves hope for a full reversal of current policy and the reinstatement of bank secrecy laws in the eye of the fiscal storm in order to shore up finances which the Swiss government will need for border security as well as the prevention of local unrest.

After I read the report I get on the phone to contact our Swiss assets and conclude about the stage of Swiss military upgrades and how to increase purchasing power of the current CHF 4 Billion defense budget. It is vital to replace aging equipment and modernize the Swiss military. The Air Force needs a multi-billion injection in order to have at least 200 5th Generation Fighter Jets as well as 50 Attack Helicopters for ground support. Switzerland may develop into an interesting playground.

Covert War in North Africa

The CMO closes the door behind him as we step into my office. We are short on time on this pressing issue. There has been a severe increase in covert operations as well as black operations in Northern Africa. Washington has ordered countless small special forces strike teams to American embassies in North Africa, together with an even bigger amount of unauthorized operatives in order to carry out fast precision strikes against terrorists or hostage rescue situations.

The problem is that we need to map all operatives Washington send in order to get a much better picture of the overall arena. Another issues is that most operatives have been on the ground for over six months and have yet to engage into meaningful counter-terrorism as well as counter-intelligence operations. All we currently know is that taxpayers dollars are being wasted. This information comes from confidential sources.

One of our contracts consists of the supply of man power, equipment and capital in the same region for the same purposes on an unofficial base. As an operational base we were given facilities within embassies without the ambassadors knowledge of operations which is standard operating procedure in the intelligence community.

One major issue is the unpreparedness of the official special forces commandos ont´the ground as evident in the Benghazi attack in Libya which killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens together with three other American as al-Qaida militants surrounded a lightly guarded U.S. compound and set it on fire. This incident was very worrisome and happened on September 11th of this year.

We are worried that our assets are at risk, reports the CMO. We need to step up our own operating procedures and potentially move out of embassies and government compounds in certain areas in order to ensure the safety of our assets on the ground. Should one of our operatives be uncovered, captured or killed we may face an international incident which we need to avoid at all costs. Our contingency as well as SAR plans need to be re-examined and streamlined if necessary.

Requests for additional security in Benghazi were repeatedly denied despite a string of attacks on the compound in the months before the deadly attack. So far there are counter-terrorism forces in 75 countries. Those troops are supported by unmanned aerial drone strike forces which have seen increased action as the war on terror has moved away from the public spotlight and focuses more on covert operations carried out by Delta Force units.

The Pentagon denies any joint military operations in the North Africa and the majority of Delta Force operatives represent liaison officers in order to establish contacts in the region and progress has been extremely slow in order to get all parties to pull together on the same string. Unfortunately, global security does not have the luxury to wait for each country to set up their teams and strike against terrorists which is why our firm was given the contract to provide those services to the region.

North Africa has been a hotspot for al-Qaida and their sister networks which have gained control over several regions. Governments ask for outside assistance to reclaim those territories which have been a lucrative market for private military contractors. We will have to revisit our contingency plans and I ask the CMO to gather his staff and proceed immediately and provide me with a report while I get one of our own units to commence operations on the financial side at once.

Saakashvili Close to Ouster

My private line risks and it is my girlfriend who informs me that she landed in Singapore and that she is in the safe hands of my security detail. She asked me what was going on as we was never a big fan of personal security and only accepted it under severe protest. I told her that she should not worry and that we will catch up over dinner.

I am headed to the kitchen for some coffee. I could have called on my personal assistant to bring me my coffee, but I enjoy a little stroll through the office every so often especially now that I may be confined to HQ until the sixth assassin will be processed. I do not think my girlfriend has pictured her weekend with me like this, but I will handle that situation over dinner. As I walk to the kitchen the Chief Military Officer joins me and we engage into some small talk.

We give each other minor updates. I inform him about the latest developments in the merger talks between BAE Systems and EADS (BAE, EADS continue Merger Talks) while he updates me on the Georgian elections which finally ousted idiotic President Saakashvili. The news of his electoral defeat is a very positive development as he has done nothing besides causing tensions on the global scene including a military conflict with Russia in 2008.

Saakashvili, a former CIA asset who was believed to be an ally of the Western world and helped to power by third parties, has used his false power for the wrong reasons which included the murder of seven Russian peacekeepers, one of them the Chief of Staff, on October 3rd 2008. Seven additional peacekeepers were wounded. Saakashvili initiated the aggression and as he faced a fraction of the Russian military which was dispatched in order to repel the attacks on South Ossetia and Russian citizens.

Georgia launched a massive military operation and gained control of South Ossetia and took control of the capitol, Tskhinvali. Russia dispatched five battalions from the Russian 58th Army as well as Russian Airborne Troops to the region in order to reclaim the territory. The conflict ended as Georgian forces barricaded themselves in the capitol and their pathetic excuse of a President understood that there is no help on the way for the war he started. Western nations stood down and eventually Saakashvili had to surrender as he saw his little military crushed in less than 100 hours.

His defeat in the latest elections is a very welcome development and will allow some improvement in Russian-Georgian relations. The victory of the the opposition shows willingness by the Georgian people to open communication channels with Russia in order to improve relations as they understand it is vital to have good relations with your intimidate neighbors than to please a former world power on the brink of total collapse.

New Georgian President Ivanishvili understand that he has a challenging task at hand, but is committed to improve relations with Russia. Ousted worthless collection of chromosomes Saakashvili claims that Russia interfered with the elections in the same manner the U.S. interfered in his own election campaign in order to win the election. Unlike the U.S., Russia stayed out of the sovereignty of Georgia during the election campaign.

NATO claims it will remain committed to Georgia, but it will refuse entrance into the alliance thanks to heavy opposition from Germany as well as France. The U.S. lobbies for admittance into the alliance. The U.S. is crumbling and allies have to pick sides. It becomes more and more apparent that they will foster a good relationship with Russia and the CIS than with the U.S.

We are pouring our coffees and as I am about to exit the kitchen in order to attend to my terminal the CMO stops me and asks me for a moment of my time in order to discuss the MENA region, the NA part more than the ME part. I ask him to accompany me into my office in order to talk in a secure location. There have been some developments in North Africa which may require immediate action.

BAE, EADS continue Merger Talks

I call in the second in command of my six member security team and ask him the same questions I have asked the commander. His response was similar and he informed me that the other four will respond in the same way. He told me he would want to save me some time, so I decide to call the other four members in my office to conduct the interviews and move on to more pressing matters.

One of the them has an update on the interrogation of the five detained assassins. Two of them have been broken and they revealed their target. One of them was contracted to execute the Chief Military Officer while the other one was supposed to assassinate the Chief Financial Officer. They did give away the name of their co-assassins which made the task much easier for us. The CMO as well as CFO have been informed of the latest results.

Those four will be flown to an offshore facility and face execution. One remains in custody and has not revealed his target directly, but we have to assume it was the Chief Investment Officer. I look out the window and see the Singapore harbor in the distance. So, the CIO was the third target. One assassin has been detained and one is at large and trained to complete his mission at all costs which means he will be back. Fortunately, I have a six member security team which will protect me from a second attack.

The commander joins us and he understand that I have received the news. He also says the five assassins are flown to Bravo Foxtrot Delta for processing or in other words execution. We have one at large and the commander decides to split the team in two while I set up shop in HQ until the threat has been neutralized. Four members will remain with me at all times and two will go out and hunt him down. I need two guards to drive to the airport and pick up my girlfriend who is supposed to land in two hours.

As my office clears out I return my attention to the BAE-EADS merger. The French as well as German governments who together with Lagardere and Daimler own 22% of EADS have agreed to each receive a 9% stake in the new company, which would be the world's biggest defense contractor. The UK government agreed to receive a golden share which gives it veto rights and the ability to block business operations it does not approve of. It is sad that the UK would accept those terms and very understandable that BAE investors feel left out of the deal.

Unless drastic changes will be made, this deal will fall apart as BAE will not gather enough shareholder votes for the merger. One of the prime objectives was to loosen government intervention in EADS while boosting profitability for both companies while injecting growth initiatives and profit expansion. Unfortunately, France and Germany are already in a gridlock as to where the headquarters of the merged company should be located.

France suggested Toulouse, home base of Airbus, while Germany would like to see it in Munich. The UK should pitch in and suggest it should be moved to London. The best solution may be to get rid of all government stakes and relocate it to Brussels. Nobody wants to see the merged company in a Franco-German controlled region. An Anglo-German combination would be exotic and and Franco-Anglo option unthinkable.

BAE as well as EADS have until October 10th to present a final merger plan to investors. They may ask for an extension but the same issues which will prevent this deal from being approved by both companies and three governments are the same reasons this merger has failed in the past. Neither government, especially the French and German, are willing to loosen their control and allow this company to prosper in the free market.

BAE investors needs to block this deal until we can structure one which will eliminate government interference with day-to-day business operations. The merger is a great idea, but we need to buyout the government stakes and get Lagardere and Daimler on our side. This will be a project which will require plenty of capital and it may be time to ring up a few Middle Eastern contacts in order to evaluate the potential to amass enough fire power and create a new behemoth in the aerospace and defense industry. A board seat in the combined company is something to strive for.

Vitol defies Sanctions on Iran

He looked at me and responded that he believes in what we do and so do his men. He does not have a family of his own and dedicated his life to serving the cause, but he tells me about his sister and her family. He has two young nieces, twins and he wants to be part of our project in order to create a better world for them. That is why he is willing to give his life for it.

He goes on and tells me that is why he is willing to die for me as he knows I am the mastermind of the new world financial and economic system and that he and his men will protect me at all costs should another attack happen. He asks me to make him and his team a permanent part of my security. He stands up and salutes me with a sense of pride which is hard to find. From this day one they will follow my every command without hesitation.

I asked him why his team and he are willing to obey my commands without hesitation and his response was respect.Trust and respect. I stand up and return the salute before I dismiss him with his first task. Hist task will be difficult as the capture of the escaped assassin is hi primary target while ensuring security. He tells me to consider it done.

As he leaves my office another report concerning Iran is being handed to me. Updates come in faster than I can conduct my interviews with my security personnel. This time it has to deal with Vitol, the world's biggest independent energy trader. Iran suffers, rightfully so, from various sanctions which include a ban on trading Iranian oil in order to cut the primary revenue stream for the regime and its nuclear ambitions.

Vitol found a way around the sanctions and is offering Iranian oil to Asian traders, China in particular. Vitol purchased two million barrels of Iranian fuel oil which is usually used in power generation and offered it to Chinese traders. Vitol denies accusation and said they are in compliance with international laws and sanctions against Iran.Vitol is based in Switzerland which does not subscribe to sanctions against Iran.

Vitol issued a statement where it claims one of it subsidiaries in Bahrain bought fuel oil from a non-Iranian company in July and that the oil was of Iranian origin, but that it has suspended all oil trades with the regime. The company has stopped trading Iranian oil from its European trading terminals, but reports indicate that its Middle Eastern terminals continue to trade with Iranian oil. The Swiss government declined to identify if Vitol sought permission to trade Iranian oil due to commercial secrecy laws, but Swiss as well as EU regulations and laws do not apply to the Bahrain terminal.

Of course the economic socialists and corporate communists call for Switzerland to tighten regulation and choke of business. Leaders in idiotic regulation demands is Swiss NGO The Berne Declaration. Vitol's biggest competitors, Glencore and Trafigura, stated that hey have halted trade in Iranian oil. The sanctions as well as the reduction of purchases in the amount of 20% by China, India, Japan and South Korea have cut oil revenues in half for Iran. The reduction in oil purchases was caused by threats of U.S. financial sanctions on companies from those four countries which are the top four purchasers of Iranian oil.

Vitol posted $297 Billion in revenues in 2011 and does not disclose profits. Fuel oil accounted for only $24 Billion in revenues while crude oil grossed the company $105 Billion and other refined products an additional $100 Billion. Profit margins on oil trades are low, but given the difficulty to get Iranian oil sold most lieely translated into huge profits for Vitol.

Vitol was very smart about how it succeeded into selling Iranian fuel oil

1. The Leadership has left Iran's top oil terminal at Kharg Island on August 23rd and passed through the Strait of Malacca before it turned off its freight tracking system on September 4th off the coast of Malaysia.Iranian tankers have started to turn off their black-box transponders after sanctions were announced in order to avoid tracking.

2. Vitol purchased two million barrels of fuel oil from the INTC vessel The Leadership off the coast of Malaysia and loaded it onto a Vitol chartered tanker, the Ticen Ocean. The Ticen Ocean was charted from Titan Petrochemicals, a Hong Kong based company which hired the vessel from Norwegian based company Frontline. The vessel was charted for floating storage of the Malaysian port of Tanjung Pelepas. Frontline CEO stated that Titan assured the company that no Iranian oil is being stored on the Ticen Ocean.

3. Vitol then charted a second vessel, the Speranza which is owned Sino Shipping Holdings based in China, which arrived off the Malaysian coast on September 13th or September 14th in order to replace the Ticen Ocean as floating storage. The Iranian fuel oil was transferred a second time in order to conceal its origins.

4. Vitol also transferred part of the Iranian oil to a third vessel, the Kamari I, between September 11th and September 12th. The Kamari I transported the Iranian fuel oil to Vitol's onshore storage facility on the Malaysian island of Tanjung Bin which is located inside the Tanjung Pelepas port according to sources on the ground.

5. Vitol then blended the Iranian fuel oil with fuel oil from Europe and marketed it as a special blend to Chinese oil traders for the countless small, independent Chinese refineries known as teapots. Vitol asked a $30 premium to the benchmark, the Singapore 180 Centistoke Fuel Oil, which valued the two million special blend at roughly $250 Million.

6. The price was too high according to a Chinese manager for one of the teapots who said talks did not contnue and that Vitlol did not seem in a rush to sell the cargo. Given the unknown quality f the special blend, Chinese traders refused to purchase the cargo as it was too risky for them.

7. Two Asian refineries were offered the special blend cargo and stated that Vitol asked for a $12 to $14 premium which valued the cargo at $175 Million.

It is unknown if Vitol successfully sold the cargo or if it still seeks a buyer. It does show the intelligence involved on Vitol's part to create a business avenue which will allow the company to increase profits. I finish the report and I am equally impressed and furious about Vitol. I may have to take this issue directly to our FWF unit, but given that Vitol is a private company it will make the task a lot more challenging.

Siemens Took Actions against Iran

I am about to call in the commander of my security team for the 30 minute interview as one of the aides knocks on my door. I waive him in and he has an urgent update on the Iranian situation. It is a developing story which unfolded on Sunday. All current efforts to slow down the Iranian nuclear program have failed. Diplomacy halted government military action and nobody in the private military field has taken any action so far.

The aide places the classified folder on my desk and informs me that rumors have it this is a very positive development. I am curious to find out what has happened while we were emerged in our conference. I thank the aide who quickly disappears back to his work station. As the aide exits my office the commander of my security team enters my office right on time. I motion for him to take a seat and tell him to wait a few moments as I scan the report which just landed on my desk.

An Iranian law maker made accusations that German conglomerate Siemens has planted explosive devices in equipment it sold to Iran for use in Iran's nuclear program. Those devises were meant to explode after the equipment would have been installed and sabotage the entire nuclear program. Siemens denies those allegations and a spokesman for the Munich based company reaffirmed that Siemens is not involved in Iran's nuclear program and does not supply equipment for it.

Siemens has to deny involvement in equipment sales to Iran due to EU sanctions on Iran, but they engaged in similar backdoor tactics the Koch brothers did in order to boost sales to tech hungry Iran. At least the management, or part of the management, realized that it was a mistake and decided to take action against the growing Iranian nuclear threat. Maybe it was a plot from the start. Gain Iran's trust, sell them redlisted equipment and then sabotage it in order to bring down nuclear operations.

The head of Iran's national security and foreign policy committee, Alaeddin Boroujerdi, made comments about Siemens sabotage act in Iran's paramilitary network ICANA and stated that Siemens needs to be held accountable for its actions against Iran. Iran is known for its accusations against the Western world as well as Israel when it comes to sabotaging its nuclear program. Accusations ranged from planting computer viruses to assasinations of Iran's nuclear scientists.

It is a very welcomed development to see a company take actions where diplomacy did not allow action to be taken.Maybe other companies will be inspired by this positive development and will act in a similar manner. Iran foiled this attempt which exposed Siemens dealings with Iran, but Siemens should only be congratulated as they have at least showed willingness to act.

I put the report back on my desk and ask the commander what his reasons are to be part of the firm. He swore his loyalty and is willing to give his life for the greater cause. He requests permission to speak freely and off the record which I grant him without hesitation. His response was somewhat unexpected but quite welcome to hear.

Greece Continues to Struggle

I ask the commander of my security team about their loyalty. A puzzled look is soon replaced by a response. The commander assures me loyalty to the cause. I give the other five member under his command a glance as they all stand at attention. Very pleased with the commanders response I want to know if his team would give their life in order to save mine if that would ever come up.

The commander swears loyalty to the cause and loyalty to me. He pledges the life of his men and himself to protect me no matter at what cost. His men repeat after the commander. I have a six member security team of highly trained operatives from various countries under my direct command who are willing to give their life so I may live and continue my work.

We all believe in what we do. The commander requests permission to ask me a question which I grant him. He wants to know if I am willing to die for the cause. I move a step closer to him and inform him that I am willing to go even further than that and live for the cause. He salutes me with a renewed sense of pride. A great soldier who respects the chain of command and executes orders without asking questions. He trusts his superiors, in this case me.

I will take time today to review each member's profile and schedule a 30 minute session with each member in order to get to know them better. Time I do not have, but need to make available since those six members have put their life in my hands and await my orders. They will not move from my side and are proud to have been selected as my personal security detail. My girlfriend may not be as thrilled as I am about the additional exemption of privacy, but I will find a way to make it work. She is on her way to Singapore to spend a week with me.

We are headed to my office and an aide is outside with an update on the Greek situation. Greece has been and is being used as a warning to the socialist governments of Germany and France to not interfere with free markets to an excessive degree and that there is a limit of abuse we are willing to accept as a capitalistic society. Both governments have pushed far beyond the limits and the proposed financial transaction tax was the final cause for our FWU to be deployed.

The United Kingdom, under the grace of her majesty, was the sole defender of free market capitalism and we have all pledged our allegiance to the crown. The UK was the sole reason the tax was voted down 26-1 in the EU, but Germany as well as France continued to push for it. The deployment of out FWU has caused German Chancellor Angela Merkel to withdraw her support for the financial transaction tax which left France the sole supporter of among the Big Three in the EU of the tax.

Greece has struggled ever since then, but for the time being we have backed off and allow the market to deal with the stupidity and fraud Greece displayed over the past thirteen years. Our FWU remains alert and is prepared to act if the socialists continue their crusade to kill all capitalists. The socialists need to be aware that if a FWMD is released on a country, the effects will not be able to be reversed.

The Troika continues to push Greece to meet the €11.5 billion in budget cuts which are required in order for Greece to receive the next installment of the bailout package. So far the coalition government has not agreed to any package, but rumors have it that €9.5 billion in budget cuts have been identified. Even if those cuts will be agreed on, which the socialists in Greece oppose, the government is still €2 billion short and Troika will leave Athens on September 23rd.

The €11.5 billion in budget cuts will ensure the reception of an additional €31.5 million from the first bailout package. Greece needs to continue down the path of austerity and eventually surrender its sovereignty to EU receivership which will allow Brussels to make day-to-day decisions about Greece and render the Greeks useless in governing their own country. The socialists oppose any cuts and claim there is a limit for cuts and austerity.

Exactly, there is a limit and t is no secret that the Eurozone wants a Greek exit despite the talks about commitment to all members. The fact is that Greece lied and with the help of Goldman Sachs and financial engineering constructed a fraudulent balance sheet which granted the country admission to the Eurozone. Since nobody wants to admit that Greece needs to leave, Portugal will be next, current steps have been taken to force Greece out by pushing the limits until the Greeks voluntarily exit the Eurozone.

A Greek exit is the only way to contain the Greek tragedy and the only solution for Greece who would no longer be subject to outside control and will be able to at least attempt a recovery. The sooner Greece decides to exit the Eurozone the better it will be for all participants. Given current circumstances there is simply no room for Greece in the Eurozone and they have been allowed for too long to hold the rest of Europe hostage.
